ANDERSON (OPTOMETRIST. RETIRED) JOHN Completely overwhelmed would accurately describe my feelings to the response to the announcement of my retirement. The kind expressions of goodwill, the cards and many gifts were far in excess of what I had expected for an ordinary man doing what I thought was an ordinary job. It seems however, the relationship was a special one and has left me with feelings of warmth, that I will enjoy through what I hope is a long and happy retirement. Thank you all, John.
